The Virtual Consignment is a preorder service for your potential buyers.
We will negotiate with our customers to facilitate a consignment sale on behalf of our customers.
We request payment and ship to your address when a price is agreed upon.

We will participate and bid on your behalf at auctions in Japan.
You decide which items to bid on from our auction list, and if the bid is successful, your order will be processed.

- Are the prices on the wholesale list negotiable?
- Depending on the item, prices on the wholesale list may be negotiable.Please contact us for more information.
- Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
- Discount ranges differ depending on the item. Therefore, we only offer discounts per item.
- Can I order exotic leather items/belts?
- We cannot accept orders of items that contain exotic leather without the CITES certificate.
However, in some cases, such as wristwatches with crocodile leather belts, the belt will be removed before the item is shipped.
- How do I make purchases?

Step1. Please provide your personal and company name along with your company card or certificate/license in advance so that we can confirm that you are a secondhand reseller.
Step2. After you complete your registration, share the 7-digit item number of your items of interest, and we will check their availability.
Step3. Submit your billing address, and we will send you an invoice with our payment information.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Wholesale List, Virtual Consignment, Auction List: We accept bank transfers only.
*We ask that payments be completed within 5 days after the invoice is issued.
- When will my order be shipped?
- Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Do you provide shipping insurance?
- All orders are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit, and we cover the shipping insurance fees at no extra cost to the customer.
- Who is responsible for customs fees/taxes?
- We ask all buyers to be responsible for any customs fees or taxes. However, we will take responsibility for shipping fees.
