1. Initial Purchasing of Item

Our professional, detailed, and meticulous buyers inspect the item before purchasing.
2. Before Shipping to our Product Management Division

All purchased items are shipped to a central Product Management Division. Before shipping, our professional buyers reinspect the items.
3. Inspection at our Product Management Division Center

When items reach our Product Management Division, they are inspected by professional inspectors with a wide range of product expertise.
4. Product Photo and Listing Preparation

After the Product Management Division inspects items, the Product Photography Team inspects their condition when taking photos for product listings in our online store.
5. Before Online Listing

When the item photos and listing are ready for publication, all items are again inspected to ensure they have no damage or defects.
6. Before Shipping to our Physical Stores

Upon listing the item online, items are shipped to our physical locations. Before shipment, they are thoroughly inspected for any missed flaws.
7. Arrival at Physical Stores

Once items are successfully delivered to our physical stores, the local store staff inspects their condition to ensure they have not been damaged in the shipping process.
8. Before Shipping to Customers

When customers purchase an item, we conduct a final inspection to guarantee that the item is authentic and in good condition.

Maintaining a Counterfeit Database to Ensure Authenticity

We implement a product management system that is utilized to log all items when confirmed as a counterfeit product. The system enables up-to-date information on all products to be shared and distributed promptly to our buyers within our company in order to flag potential risks in the future.
Our system is updated daily and is also used when training our professional buyers.
