Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we can not ship to the following addresses/countries below:

We ship your order within five business days upon confirmation of payment.
Once all purchased items have been shipped, you will receive a notification that includes tracking details to monitor your order throughout the shipping process.
All orders are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit to ensure your order is safe and fully protected. We cover shipping insurance fees at no extra cost to the customer.
We accept returns within three business days of the order's arrival if the item is proven inauthentic or differs from the listing description.
Our professional and expert staff evaluates and inspects all items. We are also active members of the AACD ("Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution") and follow its strict standards.
If an item is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund for the item.
We accept multiple payment methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

We can accept cancellation requests before your order is shipped out.
If a cancellation request is made after the shipping of your order, please contact sale@g-rare.co.jp directly with your order number.
We ship our items by DHL or FedEx.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any requests to use a different courier service.
All item packages are declared as merchandise at the full purchased price.
We cannot mark a package as a gift or declare a lower value than the purchase price.
We can accept changes to the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
