Who will shoulder the customs fees?

Kindy note that import taxes and charges has to be borned by the buyers.
Please ask your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase.

Can you declare lower value on the commercial invoice?

We, unfortunately, are unable to mark a package as a gift or declare a lower value in any circumstances.
All the packages will be declared as merchandise at full purchased price on our end.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide but except for the countries as in below:

Who will shoulder the shipping costs?

When will the shipment be dispatched?

We normally proceed to the shipping within 3 to 5 (three to five) business days upon confirmation of payment.

How can I track my order?

After all of the purchased items has been shipped out, you will receive the notification of tracking that can be used to watch your item as it makes its way to you.

Will the shipment be covered by the shipping insurance?

Yes, all of the shipments will be fully insured against loss, theft and damage during its transit in order to ensure that your investment is safe and fully protected.
Please be assured that we shoulder the shipping insurance fees too.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns if in case that the item is proved to be inauthentic, or if there is any differences from the item page description.

We guarantee that all of our items are evaluated and inspected by our expert staff.
In addition, our company is a member of AACD which stands for "Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution"
In the unlikely event that the item happens to be inauthentic, we will accept a return and make a full refund to you.
